This boat has remained a favourite among me, weekend boaters and anglers (both recreational and competitive) for a very long time. No doubt due to its exceptional features and performance. It also just had a very cool look about it
One of the standout features of the Century 2900 was and still is its very spacious deck, providing ample room for manoeuvring and casting. Whether you’re reeling in a trophy worthy Marlin or simply enjoying a day on the water with people you care about, the comfortable seating ensures that you can do so in utmost comfort and style.
Designed to tackle rough waters with ease, this boat boasts excellent performance even in challenging conditions. Powered by twin Yamaha 225 HP engines, the Century 2900 offered a smooth and powerful ride.
It’s worth noting that the twin 250HP engines featured on the hit TV show ‘Dexter’ were not standard, but that’s the fascinating world of entertainment for you. Why they thought that by putting 250’s on it rather than 225’s is beyond me.
